Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain a variety of floor care equipment, including ride-on floor cleaners, carpet extractors, buffers, burnishers, and floor scrubbers.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of commercial and industrial floors, including carpeted and hard-surface areas.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the floor care manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in floor care or a related field preferred.
  • Valid US driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, as needed.
