Position: Culinary Specialist

Location: University TX - Dallas

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for full-time and part-time Culinary Specialist roles.

• Work Schedule: Flexible hours available; weekend availability is preferred. Specific hours and days will be discussed during the interview process.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant culinary experience is preferred.
• Compensation: Hourly wage ranges from $13.00 to $20.00.

Position Summary: Responsible for preparing meals in compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards while adhering to established policies and procedures. The role requires ensuring high-quality food service at all times.

• Prepare high-quality dishes following standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Ensure meals are served at the correct temperature and presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to safe food-handling practices.
• Manage inventory and storage of food items according to established standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist in food ordering and receiving processes as necessary.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
• Participate in safety and training meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
