Job Description

Job Summary:

Mercy Plus Healthcare Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Clinical Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of pediatric in-home nurses throughout the state of Michigan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the delivery of client care services through coordination, implementation, and supervision of the client's plan of care and supervision of staff delivering nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct all clinical nursing services
  • Demonstrate leadership and management skills while providing direction to members of the client care team through case management
  • Travel to client's homes to provide ongoing supervision and training as needed
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines and standards of private duty nursing practice
  • Collaborate with other disciplines involved in client care to ensure they are receiving the services they need to maintain or improve their health

Requirements:

  • Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current negative TB test
  • Tracheotomy & Ventilator Management Experience
  • Demonstrates high level of character and integrity
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Able to work independently and as a cohesive team member
