Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $12.50 to $14.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Front End Supervisor, your key responsibilities include:
- Supervising all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
- Maximizing sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
- Promoting safety for both customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
- Cultivating a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
- Solving issues/concerns, making informed decisions, and supervising front-end operations to ensure all Burlington customers receive exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times.
- Reinforcing our company Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
- Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
- Participating in weekly workload planning meetings.
- Driving Community Relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
- Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
