Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Bagels 'n Grinds.

This is an integral part of our company, where you will be the face of our brand and interact with customers on a daily basis, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.

About the Job
  • Taking Orders: Take customer orders over the phone and in person, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Delivering Excellent Service: Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining Safety Procedures: Assist with duties while adhering to Safe Food procedures, ensuring food quality and packaging keeps all food fresh and hot.
  • Maintaining Fast Service: Deliver fast, fresh service to carry out/delivery personnel, meeting high standards of quality and timeliness while maintaining side work and assisting other staff members as needed.
  • Handling Payments: Receive payments and make change correctly, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
