Job Summary and QualificationsWe are looking for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in medical-surgical and telemetry/progressive care. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of patients in our Med/Surg and Telemetry/Progressive Care units. You will also instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions, and maintain and review patients' records.
Requirements:
- Current Florida Registered Nurse licensure
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Previous experience in an acute care setting
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
