Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient care delivery
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and nursing staff
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting patient autonomy, dignity, and health
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS preferred
- Three years of recent triage experience or experience prioritizing competing clinical priorities
