Our mission is to deliver robust and compassionate care throughout the Acute Inpatient Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, and Assisted and Independent Living stays.

We work closely with Hospitalists, Specialist physicians and surgeons, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychiatry teams to ensure seamless and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices
