- Setup and Operation: Set up and operate machinery to produce parts according to drawings and method sheets.
- Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Training: Train other operators on the use of machinery and equipment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in machine shop operations, preferably in aerospace engines machining.
- Skills: Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs, basic programming knowledge, and experience with CNC and manual machine operations.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
