We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Onin Staffing. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our workspaces.

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, straighten, and vacuum assigned areas, including cubicles, bathrooms, break areas, stairwells, entryways, and more.
• Exterior Maintenance: Sweep sidewalks, porches, and decks; ensure exterior cleanliness.
• Vehicle Detailing: Detail company vehicles as needed.
• Equipment Handling: Operate various cleaning equipment, including automatic scrubbers, carpet extractors, and buffers.
• Outdoor Work: Work outdoors for short periods, regardless of weather conditions.

• Experience: Minimum of one year of janitorial or related experience.
• License: Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles between campus buildings and airport hangars.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for up to eight hours, including stairway management and overhead work.
• Adaptability: Capable of working in both environmentally controlled and non-environmentally controlled settings, with exposure to varying temperatures.
