Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to students from PreK through Middle School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address individual student needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually, in small groups, and in classroom settings.
  • Design and implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress, including session notes, assessments, and progress reports.
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input on student goals and progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support and intervention.
Requirements

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families to support student progress.
