Room Attendant Job Description

At Residence Inn Denver Downtown, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and hallways, and ensure all public areas are clean and tidy.
  • Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
