Procurement Coordinator Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule assigned raw and packaging materials according to production requirements and ensure production schedule compliance.
  • Publish a detailed weekly receiving schedule for assigned raw and packaging materials.
  • Manage the inventory of assigned raw and packaging materials.
  • Actively participate in factory-wide safety initiatives.
  • Coordinate shipments of returned/rejected materials.
  • Work with finished goods to determine required quantities of assigned raw and packaging materials needed based on the production schedule.
  • Be prepared to physically check on inventory received to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience with procurement, buying, or logistics in a manufacturing or military, or related environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $42,000 - $60,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
