Security Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring an Armed Security Officer to join our team at a Private School in Long Island. This part-time position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
