The Cybersecurity Training Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in evaluating the competencies and capabilities of Cyber Security personnel. This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and executing training initiatives that enhance current skills and prepare the workforce for upcoming challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and identify areas in training content that require updates to elevate employee expertise.
2. Determine training requirements and develop a comprehensive curriculum to address those needs.
3. Facilitate orientation sessions and coordinate on-the-job training for new employees.
4. Create training programs leveraging existing commercial resources and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop tailored internal content to bridge knowledge gaps resulting from promotions, technological advancements, mergers, and acquisitions.
5. Establish a tracking system for employee development to position individuals for advancement opportunities within the organization.
6. Research innovative training materials and resources that will improve training processes while adding value to employees.
7. Maintain effective communication with management, trainers, and team members to ensure alignment with organizational and employee needs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Cyber Security technical training setting.
- A strong commitment to technical education and a deep understanding of learners' needs across various levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proficient in utilizing data to inform quick decision-making.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
