Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in San Francisco. As a bilingual Mandarin speaker, you will play a key role in providing exceptional sales experiences to our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and provide personalized sales expertise.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Bilingual Mandarin speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1+ year of retail or customer-facing sales experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
