We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Frequency Engineer to join our F-16 Radar IPT Team at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. As a key member of our team, you will provide engineering leadership and technical guidance to early career engineers, advising program management on roadmap and technology decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide engineering leadership for the design and development of new or improved capabilities for the F-16 radar system.
- Lead requirements definition, design, development, test, verification, qualification, and production of hardware.
- Interface with customers and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Play a critical role in the development of Radar system architecture.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with highly complex and challenging electronic systems.
- Experience interfacing with customers and subcontractors.
- F-16 Program Experience.
- Experience working with Radio Frequency, RADAR, or Communication Systems.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
