Senior Supervisor, Transaction Processing Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supervisor, Transaction Processing to lead our Lockbox operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a group of employees and ensuring the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing mail, remittance processing, and data transfer for our Lockbox clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, assign, and monitor workflow for a group of employees within multiple areas of Lockbox operations.
  • Maintain optimal efficiency and cost effectiveness while ensuring performance standards and service level agreements are met and maintained.
  • Provide staff with performance feedback and coaching, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
  • Assist in the evaluation of resources needed to accommodate volume fluctuations.
  • Responsible for administering all departmental and human resource policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Help with troubleshooting and resolving issues and barriers within processes.
  • Responsible for employee training, writing, and developing policies and procedures, as necessary.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in banking operations, lockbox, and operations environment experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations, and interviews.
  • Proficiency with standard software and systems.
  • Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.
  • Ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Ability to work onsite with some evening and weekend hours as needed.
  • Preferred Lockbox experience.
  • Must be able to manage 15-20 team members.
