Pyramid Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and contributing to their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Behavioral Health Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and achievements, using this data to inform training strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Conduct employee surveys and interviews to measure training efficacy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Remain up-to-date on organizational policies and procedures, providing expert guidance and support to trainees as needed.
  • Participate in work groups and contribute to performance improvement initiatives, driving excellence across the organization.
  • Conduct competency evaluations for Behavioral Health Technicians, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a residential drug and alcohol treatment setting, with a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
