Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist with Innovate Rehab and Wellness, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs and physician's direction
  • Supervising occupational therapist assistants within the scope of practice
  • Communicating with the interdisciplinary team to case manage patient needs
