Currently, HCRC is in search of qualified candidates for the role of Construction Site Security Officer.

Contract Type: Short-Term

Compensation: Salary will be determined based on a combination of experience and educational background. We are eager to review your qualifications for this position and any future opportunities that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain vigilant oversight of the construction site to effectively manage access and monitor all personnel.
  2. Verify and issue required identification as mandated by the client.
  3. Supervise the delivery of mail and packages to the construction site.
  4. Identify security breaches and promptly report emergencies; provide guidance and information to employees, visitors, and guests.
  5. Conduct patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and ancillary buildings, while remaining stationed at a designated post.
  6. Stay alert to potential security threats and report any incidents requiring public safety intervention.
  7. Perform general surveillance for fire hazards or other dangerous conditions.
  8. Monitor security systems, including intrusion detection, personal security devices, CCTV, and fire and water pressure systems; screen individuals entering the designated area; manage visitor passes; maintain duty logs, and document visitor movements.
  9. Prepare detailed written reports of security-related activities and incidents, submitting them directly to the immediate supervisor; provide testimony in administrative hearings and legal proceedings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Construction Site Security Officer.
