Job Summary

Talento Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead our manufacturing maintenance team in Georgetown, Kentucky. This is a 1st shift position with a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain facility and facility projects to ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Direct the activities of maintenance leaders and team members to meet priorities within the department.
  • Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance program to minimize downtime.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical repairs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Manage machine uptime and downtime to meet production schedule requirements.
  • Maintain and monitor necessary purchases of equipment to meet production needs.
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of maintenance staff to ensure skill development and knowledge transfer.
  • Help develop and manage the expense budget assigned to the department.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related Engineering field.
  • 3-5 years of Maintenance Management, Supervisory, or Lead experience within an industrial/manufacturing setting.
  • Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ERP and CMMS systems.
