Job Summary:We are hiring Carbon Fiber Technicians to operate equipment for manufacturing carbon fiber products in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery for carbon fiber production.
  • Load/unload spools and monitor production processes.
  • Perform final product cutting, binding, and packaging.
  • Assist in mixing resin and maintaining equipment.
  • Stand, lift (up to 30 lbs), bend, and move continuously for 12-hour shifts.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required - Food service or retail experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to do simple math.
  • Must be clean-shaven for respirator use (if required).
  • Steel-toed boots required.
