Job Title: Registered Nurse Lead

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the 7th Ave Outpatient Clinic. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse Lead will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, accepting and overseeing medication orders, maintaining medication records, and coordinating medical care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Completes a nursing assessment on all members
  • Manages and monitors care of members
  • Identifies need for medical attention, alerts physician of medical concerns and coordinates referrals
  • Works closely with Program Coordinator and/or Director on treatment and discharge planning
  • Consults with psychiatrist/primary care provider, obtains orders from psychiatrist/primary care provider and executes them
  • Provides accurate documentation of contact with members
Qualifications:
  • Licensed in the State of Arizona as an RN
  • Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card
