Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance member satisfaction.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Motivate, direct, train, and manage staff members to achieve high performance standards, promoting a culture of courtesy, friendliness, and promptness.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational policies, programs, and procedures to drive business success, ensuring alignment with the club's goals, objectives, and budget.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and take corrective action as needed to ensure the club's financial health.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop long-range and annual business plans, ensuring compliance with corporate and community policies.
  • Organizational Development: Develop and maintain a sound organizational plan, initiating improvements as necessary to drive business success.
  • Quality Control: Coordinate with department managers to ensure high-quality products and services, meeting member and guest expectations.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous management experience in club and association operations, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and member satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, create written correspondence, and delegate responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literacy and math skills essential for budgeting and cost analysis.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, talk, and hear; frequently required to walk, use hands, and reach.
