This individual will assist Help Desk personnel by performing routine tasks, such as documenting, tracking, and monitoring IT service requests. They will also troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, working with vendors as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems
  • Provide operational management support in the absence of the Help Desk Team Leader
  • Create and evolve Help desk related standard concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Document, track, and monitor IT service requests

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in an IT support environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, network cabling, and network file and print services
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
