Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal results.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Graduate of an RN program with a current unrestricted RN license in the state.
- Previous work experience as an RN, preferably in critical care or a related field.
