Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily needs, observing and reporting changes in residents' condition, and working collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily nursing report and electronic documentation
  • Assist residents with daily needs, such as personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted
  • Work collaboratively with a high-quality, collaborative team

Travel Opportunities:

We offer regional travel opportunities, defined as travel for work assignments up to two hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable. We also offer full travel opportunities, defined as travel for work assignments across our company footprint in IN, OH, MI, WI, and KY, where license or certification is applicable.

Requirements:

  • Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification (STNA, CNA, SRNA)
  • Every other weekend and holiday work availability
  • At least one year's experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
  • At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
