Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments to patients in an outpatient setting
- Monitor patients' responses to treatments and report any concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- 1 year of nursing experience
