In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store's facilities are always clean and well-maintained. As a Facilities Associate at Pilot Flying J, you will work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
  • Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
  • Loading and unloading towels for showers
  • Performing general repair/maintenance of the store
  • Picking up and taking all trash around the travel center
