Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter to join our team at VIPworkforce. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating industrial equipment, sandblasting, and applying powder coatings to steel fabricated parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial equipment, including parts load and unloading from a mono-rail system
  • Sandblast and prepare parts for coating
  • Apply powder coatings to steel fabricated parts
  • Perform quality inspections of prepped and non-prepped steel
  • Meet production goals and notify management of potential part outages or related issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of material prep and powder application
  • Forklift, oven operation, and sandblasting experience
