As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide essential psychosocial assessments, counseling therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and preliminary diagnostic impressions to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to established protocols.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including patient interviews, case histories, and psychological tests, to inform treatment decisions and ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with other behavioral health practitioners and facility staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including crisis management and emergency services as needed.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices, including DSM-5 criteria and intervention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Current state Mental Health Professional license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance, including background check and drug screen.
