Surgical Nurse

As a Registered Nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to surgical patients. You will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' responses to care and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
