Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RHRP Recruiter Level II to join our team at DOCS Health. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and referring candidates for part-time medical and dental positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting methods, including social media, employee referrals, cold calling, institutional partnerships, college/universities, and professional associations to identify potential candidates.
  • Job Advertisement Development: Create job advertisements and screen resumes/applications to ensure the best fit for our team.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Interview Scheduling: Contact candidates to assess their qualifications and schedule interviews with our hiring managers.
  • Candidate Education and Communication: Educate candidates on the intricacies of military readiness events and provide clear communication regarding the application process.
  • Offer Extension and Negotiation: Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages as needed.
  • Staffing Needs Fulfillment: Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs prior to events, often working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend daily meetings to assess staffing needs and work closely with our team to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience is required in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
What We Offer:
