Position Summary: The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in steering PDS through the corporate planning framework, working closely with the Senior Manager of Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Master Corporate calendar, ensuring the timely scheduling of annual, semi-annual, and quarterly corporate planning events.
  • Partner with the Learning Operations team to develop clear and concise content that supports departmental initiatives and enhances understanding of existing processes.
  • Oversee the execution of various monthly meetings, including detailed agendas, presentations, reports, and logistical arrangements.
  • Manage enterprise and departmental initiatives, representing the Financial Operations team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with support and regional leaders to assess business needs related to financial operations and corporate planning, proposing innovative strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and maintain up-to-date corporate documents and presentations, including the Strategy Overview and Organizational Imperatives.
  • Guide departments under the CFO's oversight through the PDS project process, ensuring timely completion of required documentation.
  • Identify potential risks in projects or corporate planning processes and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Generate reports on departmental metrics and initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to strengthen internal and inter-departmental relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, or corporate planning within a large organization.
  • Experience collaborating with C-Suite executives is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in the dental, healthcare, or retail sectors.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in waterfall and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to make independent decisions based on limited information.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
