Job Title: Wireline Lineman

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireline Lineman to join our team at ADB Companies, Inc. As a key member of our wireline aerial team, you will be responsible for providing proficient manual laborer, cable placement, and equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain fiber optic cables in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate aerial equipment, such as bucket trucks and aerial lifts
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, setting up traffic control, and loading materials
  • Read and interpret utility prints and maps
  • Collaborate with experienced construction crews to learn fiber installation, print reading, and equipment operations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Lineman in the telecommunications industry
  • Formalized training or Lineman certification from an accredited technical school
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • CDL License (or ability to obtain)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
