**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team at Neuron, a pioneering AI-powered quality of experience (QoE) management platform company. In this role, you will collaborate with sales and market development teams to drive the adoption of our platform, providing technical expertise and support to customers and partners.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through prospective and existing accounts.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers and partners, designing IP networks and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to capture evolving market requirements and drive product development life cycles.
  • Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

**Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Math/Physics or Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications/experience.
  • At least 5 years of recent relevant experience, including mobile network segment, broadcasting, telecoms, capacity management, systems engineering, pre-sales engineering functions, managing large complex partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with digital network communications, RF signal theory, digital satellite network architectures, IP networking, traffic management, QoS, VSAT networks and platforms, TCP/IP protocol suite, network protocols (unicast/multicast, VoIP, IPsec, etc.), wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, cellular networks).

**Estimated Salary:** $180,000 - $250,000 per year, dependent on experience.
