Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified lifeguard to join our team at Goldfish Swim School - Redmond. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies in our indoor pool environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain constant surveillance of patrons and respond promptly to emergencies
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents
  • Administer first aid and provide emergency care as needed
  • Act as a GSS ambassador to ensure parental satisfaction
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges
Requirements
  • Certification as a lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid
  • Experience working with children and youth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
