The Impact Kids organization is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to students of various ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Training: Deliver engaging and effective martial arts instruction to students aged 4-18, with a focus on safety, fun, and skill development.
• Lesson Planning: Create and implement daily lesson plans that cater to different age groups and ability levels, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Safety and Supervision: Maintain a safe and secure training environment, supervising students at all times and enforcing Impact Kids' rules and regulations.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff members to achieve common goals, utilizing excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in roles such as tutoring, camp counseling, or youth volunteer work.
• Certification and Education: Teaching certification (preferred) and a Bachelor's degree (desired but not required).
• Skills and Qualities: Strong martial arts skills, patience, creativity, flexibility, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive compensation package.
