About Us:

Better Buzz Coffee in Encinitas is a local San Diego-based business looking for a skilled Barista to join our team.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00, plus generous tips that historically average around $5 - $6 dollars extra per hour.

As a Barista at Better Buzz Coffee, you will be responsible for delivering fast and friendly service, preparing and serving beverages and food items consistently, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Better Buzz experience with a community approach to coffee.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
  • Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, fast-paced food service/hospitality preferred.
  • Previous fast-paced coffee experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
  • Must be available to work 25+ hours per week including weekends and holidays.
