Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking a skilled receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Assist clients on the phone with reaching service and sales.
  • Assist management as necessary with administrative tasks.
  • Assess and assist with customer concerns, routing to dealer management.
  • Cashiering duties as needed by sales and service departments.

Requirements:

  • Availability to cover evening and weekend shifts.
