Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Available for the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with the last shift concluding Saturday morning.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Night shift differential included.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Equipment Specialist, you will:
- Prepare materials for laminating by consistently monitoring the condition and gloss levels of laminating plates.
- Mix resin while adhering to safety protocols and utilizing personal protective equipment.
- Ensure quality by producing high and low-pressure laminates according to customer specifications.
- Maintain production and quality standards by following established operating procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Manage inventory by organizing materials and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Operate lift trucks for material transportation.
Work Environment:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, demonstrating a strong work ethic and punctuality.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Completion of vocational training in machine shop practices is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
