Speech-Language Pathologist

Sidekick Therapy Partners is a leading pediatric private practice in Tennessee and North Carolina, serving over 4,000 children each week in 25+ school districts, our outpatient clinics, and via teletherapy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions with children in schools, without the burden of IEP meetings
- Work with a caseload average of 35 students
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to support the development of children with speech and language disorders
- Medical, dental, and health insurance available for full-time employees with no waiting period
- All teammates are W2, Salary or per-session pay options, paid bi-monthly
- Flexible schedule options to maintain work-life balance
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time per-session hires and $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time per-session hires (CCCs only)
- Sidekick-paid short- and long-term disability for full-time teammates
- 401K match for all teammates
- Company cars or mileage reimbursement
- Performance-based incentive system to earn additional monthly bonuses ranging from $100-$500 extra per month

- One week of training provided, monthly teach-ins for CEUs hosted by Sidekick plus continuing education stipend of $500 each year to support your professional growth, professional development, and leadership opportunities to expand your skills
- Due allowances that increase with tenure
- Additional stipends available for CF Supervision, District Coordinator, and Clinical Lead roles
