LPN Supervisor

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to work for our Skilled Nursing Facility in St. James, NY.

The starting rate for this position is $32.67 per hour, with an additional $0.25 shift differential. This equates to a total hourly compensation of approximately $33.00 per hour.

We are looking for a skilled LPN to join our team as a supervisor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for collecting information from new residents, recording their health details, administering medications, treating wounds and bedsores, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
• Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work as a team member, hold a valid NY State LPN license, and be in good standing with the State Registry.
