Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to fill a Full-Time position in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to children.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify language, articulation, cognitive, and hearing abilities of children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, with a focus on improving communication skills and promoting academic success.
- Monitor progress of assigned students and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide guidance and support for individuals with communication disorders.
- Stay up-to-date with current best practices in speech-language pathology and incorporate evidence-based techniques into treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Previous experience working in schools or similar settings is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of current speech-language pathology best practices and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
