We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Doyle Howard. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of commercial cleaners to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff at assigned commercial sites, including assigning tasks, monitoring performances, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and high-quality cleaning standards.
- Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of equipment and cleaning products.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to chemical handling procedures.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure that cleaning services meet our high standards.
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, with at least 2-3 years in supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
