This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our team at Baystate Children's Hospital, a 107-bed hospital within Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.

We seek a highly skilled professional who can provide top-notch evidence-based care to high-risk infants in our Level III NICU and Continuing Care Nursery.

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Neonatal Physician Assistant at Baystate Health, you will be part of a dynamic team that includes respiratory therapists, dietician, pharmacist, occupational therapist, social worker, and case management/discharge planner. You will have the opportunity to work closely with neonatologists, NNPs, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include attending deliveries, participating in patient transports, and utilizing advanced modes of respiratory support.

At Baystate Health, we offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities to earn incentive bonuses.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Neonatology, with experience in a Level III nursery highly desired. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and BC Physician Assistant certification are required.
