Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As an LVN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients, utilizing your nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
