Our packaging solutions cater to millions of products across diverse categories. In this pivotal role, a Packaging Reliability Engineer must possess extensive knowledge of both product and packaging reliability challenges and be eager to tackle emerging issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, methodology, and execution of packaging reliability tests. Oversee the failure analysis process in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams for all identified failures during reliability assessments.
- Engage in activities within reliability testing laboratories and work alongside test engineers.
- Perform statistical analyses and conduct risk evaluations.
- Discuss issues with cross-functional teams and escalate critical matters to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in reliability engineering.
- Familiarity with packaging testing standards such as ISTA and ASTM. Proficient in operating environmental chambers, vibration shakers, and drop testers.
- Experience with reliability methodologies including DFMEA, Weibull analysis, and TTF models.
- Experience collaborating with international manufacturing partners.
- Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science.
- Background in package testing.
- Familiarity with failure analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Chinese and Vietnamese languages.
