Job Summary

The Field Scaffold Foreman plays a pivotal role in overseeing the project lifecycle and field operations for Sky Climber Access Solutions. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives project information and scope from Sales and establishes project timelines, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Schedules crews and coordinates all work with job site contacts to guarantee a safe and efficient execution of scope.
  • Works closely with crews on sites to lead them and ensure profitability of projects, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ensures all required safety paperwork is filled out daily for each project, upholding the company's commitment to safety.
  • Acts as a customer liaison for project progress and helps to develop future business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Supports sales efforts as a technical expert in the industry, assisting on jobs walks as needed.
  • Acts as a leader within the company, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Supports the growth of training programs and report documentation, ensuring that all team members have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Enforces safety guidelines and procedures, serving as a role model for safe work practices.
  • Understands the technical and practical aspects of the job and helps to ensure safe work practices are being followed.
  • Uses engineering judgment and data to make sound business decisions, driving the company's success.
  • Responsible for performing site audits to assess technical development and address any on-site concerns.
  • Manages vendors and subcontractors as needed, ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience working in the industry at a minimum, leading scaffold crews.
  • The ability to read drawings and specifications.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines on time and within budget.
  • The ability to travel 25% within the region.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
